Our two specialties

The core of our work

These are our two biggest departments, but not our only services.

Platform development

We build the software your business doesn't have yet. Today, that work gets done with Excel files, emails and double data entry.

Web portals and dashboards

An online space for your clients or your employees: case tracking, documents, history, role-based access. Our own client portal is one example.

Integrations and APIs

Getting systems that don't talk to each other to work together. Your accounting software, an access controller, a supplier's platform: we write the missing bridges.

Internal management apps

Inventory, billing, dispatch, reports. A tool built around the way you work, not the other way around.

We've already built user sign-in, permission management and reporting. We develop what's specific to your business, not what already exists.

Networks and servers

The infrastructure everything else runs on. We design it, we install it, and we're the ones you call back afterwards, not a call centre.

Servers and backups

File servers, virtualization, hosting for your applications. Backups we test, because a backup that has never been restored isn't a backup.

Firewalls and remote access

Network segmentation, VPN for employees working remotely, security updates that don't get forgotten.

Cabling and switches

Cabling plans, patch panels, VLANs, links between buildings. All done cleanly and documented, so the next person who opens the panel understands it.

Flat rate for a one-time project, or a monthly contract for ongoing follow-up.

Also available

The other systems we install

One system or all of them, depending on your needs. There's no minimum project size.

We work with the equipment you already have, whatever the brand. If something needs to be bought, we recommend what fits your needs and your budget.

Access control

Cards, codes, doors and gates. Readers, electric strikes and controllers: we supply, install and program them.

IP video surveillance

Cameras connected to your network, on-site recording, remote viewing from your phone.

Alarm systems

Intrusion detection, door contacts, motion detectors, sirens and notifications on your phone.

Business Wi-Fi

Managed access points, a single network that follows employees from one end of the building to the other, and a guest network kept separate from yours.

Don't see what you need?

Point of sale, phone systems, digital signage, building automation. If it's plugged in and it's in your business, write to us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Security

We plan for security from the start

Firewall, web platform or cameras: every time we install or program something, we think about how to protect it. It's not an option we add at the end.

Network

Firewall, VLAN segmentation (employees, guests, cameras, equipment) and remote access through VPN.

Backups

The 3-2-1 rule: three copies of the data, on two different media, one of them off-site. Restores are tested.

Platforms

Two-factor authentication, role-based permissions and activity logs. Hosted in Québec, at the Beauharnois data centre or on our own infrastructure, depending on the availability required. Law 25 taken into account from the design stage.

Workstations

Two computers or fifty, we choose the protection that fits your situation, install it and make sure it stays up to date.

We follow the same rules ourselves

Our own infrastructure follows the good practices we recommend to our clients:

  • Strong authentication on our access: two-factor, passkeys, hardware keys or SSH keys
  • Segmented network
  • Tested off-site backups
  • Monitoring hosted in-house

How it works

Three steps. Nothing is billed until you've accepted a quote.

  1. You write to us

Through the form below, or at info@greniersolutions.com. Describe what you need in a few lines, even if it's still vague.

  2. We discuss your needs

You'll often get a reply the same day, and by the next business day at the latest. We then set up a call, or an on-site visit if the project involves the building. No charge at this stage.

  3. You receive a quote

In writing: the price, what's included, what isn't, and the timeline. Then you decide.

Depending on the project, we bill a flat rate, by the hour or by the month. We tell you which option fits your situation before we start.

Managed services (MSP) Optional

For those who want us to keep an eye on their systems on a monthly plan: security updates for firewalls and servers, backup checks, monitoring and alerts, hosting and support. It's not mandatory. Many clients only call us when they have a project, and that's perfectly fine.
